Here's my girlfreind story. My girlfreind, unfortunatly, was... controlling. I wanted to go elsewhere to collage then she did, and she threatened me with suicide if I left her. Now, you gotta know me to understand this, but my natural reaction was "I hate dependency" so I planned a break-up, went to the school counclers and warned them of her threat, so, you know, they would be there after it happened, and tried to make it clean as possible.
