I was listening to the DAB again, and it was one of the last scripture portions, and in the prayer portion Hardin (the reader) spoke about how the christian family looks forewards to seeing the return of Jesus as the Warrior King, and not as the Christmas baby or the grown man ministering on earth that we know so much through the Gospels.
I’d have to say the Warrior King, the image painted of Jesus in Revelations, Daniel, and the other prophetic (forewards-looking) scripture has to be my favorite picture when looking at God and Christ.
