Oh, let’s see… I’ve been very preoccupied with the fact that Diabetes treatment can be helped with a vitamin supplementation, and the thought that it’s linked to my winter SAD insomnias.  Over the last week of December I started having strong issues with falling asleep and waking up much too easily, and it led to a jumble of confusion and obsessive behavior, including tons of self-study online about nutrition.
